The KYC policy lists identity documentation, proof of your payment method and a photo with requested documents; address or source-of-funds evidence can also be requested. The policy describes standard checks at total activity of €/$1,000 and earlier risk-based checks. This is not a guaranteed verification-free allowance.
A document accepted is not the whole account approved
Follow the secure account upload instructions. Keep documents readable and authentic; do not digitally alter identity documents. For card evidence, follow the policy on covering the CVV and middle digits while retaining the holder name and required digits. If one item is rejected, ask which category and reason remain outstanding. Keep the upload date and case reference. KYC and a withdrawal approval are separate decisions.
