Approval and arrival are different
For verified accounts the terms set approval ceilings of two working days up to €499, five from €500–4,999, fourteen from €5,000–29,999 and thirty from €30,000–74,999; weekends and holidays are excluded. Above €75,000 cumulative monthly withdrawals, individual arrangements apply. Provider settlement is additional. Clause 8.3.7 permits a 20% deduction if turnover is below twice the deposit; clause 8.3.9 describes another high-winnings limit. Keep your request date and reference and ask support which stage is delayed. These are conditions, not guaranteed arrival times.
When the additional limit may apply
Clause 8.3.9 compares the withdrawal request amount, current balance and lifetime withdrawals with total deposits. If the stated total reaches at least 20 times the deposits, withdrawals may be limited to €10,000, or the currency equivalent, in a 30-day period. This is a conditional restriction, not a universal monthly allowance for every account.
